Leyton Orient fans can take note of a one-bedroom flat in McFadden Court Buckingham Road, Leyton, East London. It has been put up for sale at a price of £350,000 (approx. UAH 17,279,180).

Fans won't even need a season ticket as this well-kept apartment has a view of the entire stadium in East London, writes The Sun.

Any potential buyer will need to factor in £250 a year in ground rent and £1,950 a year in maintenance.

Although the apartment may be a dream for a football fan who wants to see every home match of “Leyton Orient” from League 1 is free, it is worth paying attention to the noise that will accompany this accommodation.

The listing reads: “The property offers a fantastic open-plan living/kitchen space with a balcony offering a unique perspective overlooking the Royal Gardens and magnificent views of the London skyline. Spacious double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with SMEG appliances.”

The property also has a good storeroom and views over the football pitch for fans and residents can park outside the block.

In terms of location, Leyton tube station – a short walk away, from where you can reach the city by metro in less than 15 minutes.

“The popular Francis Road with its independent shops and restaurants is also on your doorstep, as well as excellent transport links to Hackney, Epping Forest and beyond only”, they say in the description.

Another huge draw is the short distance to the Olympic Park and the exciting Eastside cultural hub (V&A East and Sadler's Wells East opening soon), as well as entertainment venues including the Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Center and the London Center water sports.

“If you're looking for more green space, Leyton Jubilee Park and Hackney Marshes are nearby for jogging or walking along the waterways,” the ad adds.

For fitness lovers – fitness- BLOK Leyton studios, FIT as F** nearby as well as SLOW Running Club and Eton Estate are all on your doorstep too.

“Overall, this is a great first-time purchase , in an ideal location and with an incredible view, it will not stand idly by,” the sellers emphasize.

It would seem that this is a very tempting story. But if you think about the fact that there will be no peace in the evenings, then you should think twice before buying.
