A US resident who managed to lose 55 kilograms of excess weight, shared her secrets with everyone who wants to achieve a similar result. According to the woman, she was always fat and already in the 7th grade weighed more than 120 kilograms, after which she gained about 10 more.

“I have always convinced myself that I was created to be fat,” notes the American. At the same time, the woman emphasizes, she decided to start losing weight after a trip to an amusement park, where she had to worry all the time about whether she would be allowed to go to the rides because of her excess weight. Among other things, arthritis, triggered by obesity, led to discomfort in movements and pain in the knees. Taken together, all these factors have become the main motives for a US citizen in order to lose weight.
To achieve what she wanted, the heroine of this story had to first of all strictly control the portions of food, as well as find healthier alternatives to some products. 4 months after starting this diet, the woman decided to gradually increase physical activity and visited the gym 6 days a week. As a result, having started working on herself in September 2017, she managed to lose 55 kilograms.
She herself notes that people should not set unattainable goals for themselves – it is best to start small. So, for example, she advises not to increase her physical activity too dramatically, but to start just walking around her house for five minutes a day for 2-3 weeks. “If you decide to focus on nutrition, just convince yourself that there will be a lot of healthy salad for two weeks,” added the American.
The main advice, according to the woman, is that a person needs to constantly monitor his diet and load the body with physical activity.
