American developers have introduced a revolutionary landing helicopter MH-139a Grey Wolf

The model developed by Boeing and Leonardo, designed to replace outdated UH-1N Huey in strategic protection and tactical missions, reports Army Recognition.

~ ~ < p >MH-139a Grey Wolf & mdash; It is the latest multi -purpose helicopter, created on the basis of commercial helicopter AW139. It is equipped with two turbocharged engines Pratt & amp; Whitney PT6C-67C, providing cruising speed of 135 knots (approximately 250 km/h) and flight range up to 225 sea miles (about 415 km) without refueling. The helicopter is able to stay in the air for up to three hours, which makes it ideal for long missions.

< P > Grey Wolf has a space space for transportation up to 15 people, including nine & Rsquo; full of fully equipped servicemen. Large sliding doors on both sides of the cabin and tactical windows that allow you to use machine guns installed on pintlah without interference for planting and landing.

< P > To increase the survivability of the helicopter is equipped with cabin armor and a compartment compartment, self-germeting fuel tanks, a system of warning about the missile attack AN/AAR-47 and a shooting system of false goals An/Ale-47.
