For the first time in the United States, Cosmopolitan magazine was released with a cover created by artificial intelligence DALL-E 2. This was reported on the website of the publication.

OpenAl Science Lab and digital artist Karen X.

They wrote several text queries to artificial intelligence, for example, “a hand of a young woman with painted nails, holding a Cosmopolitan cocktail”, “a fashionable woman close-up, directed by Wes Anderson, “a woman wearing earrings who is a portal to another universe.” They were then asked to make an  encyclopedia-style close-up of a “fashionable woman from the 1960s”.

It took DALL-E 2 20 ​​seconds to complete this task, then six unique female illustrations.

The cover team decided that the best request for                smooth  ;Infinite Universe in Digital Art Style". This image was put on the cover of Cosmopolitan.

DALL-E 2 artificial intelligence works in such a way that it accepts requests from users, and then, thanks to the knowledge of hundreds of millions of images throughout the history of mankind, creates its own unique illustrations.
