Alfa-Bank has set the final benchmark for the first coupon rate of 002P-07 series bonds with a circulation period of 447 days with a volume of 5 billion rubles or more at a rate of 5.3% per annum, a source in the financial market told Interfax.
The benchmark corresponds to the yield to maturity at 5.38% per annum. Initially, the benchmark for the 1st coupon rate was 5.10-5.30% per annum.
As reported, the collection of applications takes place from 11:00 Moscow time on October 1 to 16:00 Moscow time on October 5.
The duration of the 1st coupon will be 82 days, the 2nd and 3rd coupons will be semiannual.
The bank acts independently as the organizer and placement agent.
The technical placement is tentatively scheduled for October 8.
The previous time the bank entered the debt market at the beginning of June this year. Then he placed annual bonds of the 002P-06 series in the amount of 10 billion rubles at the rate of 5.75% per annum.
Currently, there are 17 issues of exchange-traded bonds of the bank in circulation for a total of 118 billion rubles, an issue of exchange-traded bonds worth 20 million euros, two issues of exchange-traded bonds worth $ 20 million and one issue of classic bonds worth 5 billion rubles.
According to the results of the second quarter of 2020, Alfa-Bank took 4th place in terms of assets in the Interfax-100 ranking prepared by Interfax-CEA.
