The leak on the ISS became known back in September last year. Then her speed was only 270 grams per day. However, by August of this year, the daily volume of air loss has doubled. By September, this figure had already increased to 1 kilogram 400 grams. At the same time, the pressure on the ISS dropped by 1 millimeter of mercury every eight hours. Such a leak does not threaten the health of the astronauts who are currently at the orbital station.

To search for an air exit site, the crew had to alternately close each hatch in the Russian ISS modules. The hole was found on the fourth day. No leak was found in the American segment.

Earlier, Russia announced plans to shoot the first feature film in space.
