Who is Mephisto?
For those who don't know him, Mephisto is an iconic character from Marvel Comics. To roughly summarize, he is a bit like the Devil of the Marvel Universe. Created in 1968 by Stan Lee and Steve Buscema, Mephisto dominates the infernal dimension, often considered as Hell in the Marvel Universe. Unlike Lucifer or Satan, Mephisto is not associated with the Christian religion, but represents Evil in the Marvel universe.
He possesses a wide range of supernatural powers: soul manipulation, reality control, metamorphosis, energy manipulation, teleportation, immortality, etc. But his favorite game is making pacts with his victims. He is notably responsible for the creation of the Ghost Rider.
Thus, thanks to Agatha All Along, Mephisto is officially introduced into the MCU. A revelation that will please fans, while waiting to meet him in the flesh. Well, rather in bones and flames.
