Administrator of Viber group who leaked locations of CCC employees sentenced to 5 years probation

In Rivne, a mother of two children was tried for obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

As stated in the verdict of the Rivne City Court, on February 21, 2024, a chat room was created in Viber by «Police of the Bereznivskyi District» to disseminate information about the location and movement of CCC employees and SP on the territory of Sosnivska village community and Bereznivska city community. 

The woman distributed the relevant publications until September 2, 2024. As a result, as noted in the court verdict, the relevant mobilization measures during the specified period were not fully implemented.

During the pre-trial investigation, the accused entered into an agreement with the prosecutor on admission of guilt. 

Therefore, Judge Nataliya Hordiychuk approved this agreement, recognized woman guilty of committing an offense under Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced her to 5 years of imprisonment.

At the same time, she was released from serving her sentence with a probationary period of 1 year.
