The Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) has assigned an AA + (RU) rating to Alfa-Bank's 002P-07 series bonds worth 6 billion rubles, according to the agency's press release.
The issue is the bank's senior unsecured debt. According to ACRA's methodology, the credit rating of the issue is equal to the credit rating of the issuer.
The collection of applications for bonds took place from October 1 to October 5. In the course of marketing, the volume of the placement was set at the level of “from 5 billion rubles,” the final volume of the placement was 6 billion rubles. The rate of the 1st coupon is set at 5.3% per annum, it corresponds to the yield to maturity at the level of 5.38% per annum.
The duration of the 1st coupon period will be 82 days, the 2-3rd coupons will be semiannual.
The bank acts independently as the organizer and placement agent.
The technical placement is scheduled for October 8.
The previous time the bank entered the debt market at the beginning of June this year. Then he placed annual bonds of the 002P-06 series in the amount of 10 billion rubles at the rate of 5.75% per annum.
Currently, there are 17 issues of exchange-traded bonds of the bank in circulation for a total of 118 billion rubles, an issue of exchange-traded bonds worth 20 million euros, two issues of exchange-traded bonds worth $ 20 million and one issue of classic bonds worth 5 billion rubles.
According to the results of the second quarter of 2020, Alfa-Bank took 4th place in terms of assets in the Interfax-100 ranking prepared by Interfax-CEA.
