Russian special services are preparing another special operation and it will be aimed at discrediting the military-political leadership of Ukraine, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports.
The discrediting campaign will be directed against a number of Ukrainian officials, in particular:
- Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhiy Shaptali;
- Head of the SBU Vasily Malyuk;
- Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov;
- Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak;
- Acting Chairman of the National Police Ivan Vyhovsky.
According to intelligence, among other things, the campaign will include “throw” fabricated materials to the Ukrainian and international media.
The purpose of this information-psychological operation will be to sow uncertainty about the defense capabilities of Ukraine among citizens and international partners, which, according to rashists, will lead to political instability within the country and reduce confidence allies.
The General Staff of Ukraine also reported on the upcoming campaign. With only one difference – without Mr. "Head of the Chancellery" Andrey Ermak. One question arises – what does Yermak have to do with the military or political leadership of Ukraine.
