Russian schizophrenic and terrorist Igor Girkin-Strelkov, in his video message, launched into insane revelations. He managed in one sentence to call the Ukrainians “brothers” and encouraged them to kill. This is the whole point of Russian propaganda — it is devoid of any logic and is attractive only to deviants.
