A taxi driver who spied for the Armed Forces of Ukraine was tried in Mykolaiv

A resident of Mykolaiv, who worked as a taxi driver and often moved around the city, collected information about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for the Russian army.

This was reported on the Telegram channel “Project “I Want to My Own””.

«Ivan is a resident of Mykolaiv. The man worked as a taxi driver and traveled a lot around the city, collecting information about the Mykolaiv Defense Forces. The traitor recorded the location of checkpoints, military equipment, fortifications and the places of residence of personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. He did this without attracting attention, and the information was transmitted via the Telegram messenger. But Ukrainian special services still managed to arrest the attacker and send him to trial. The court found the collaborator guilty and sentenced him to 8 years in prison,» the report says.
