Three citizens agreed to the offer to buy a passenger car at an attractive price. When people who wanted to buy a car contacted the “seller”, the latter emphasized the need for a meeting so that the buyer could inspect the vehicle in person. As soon as “future car owners” agreed to the intruder's terms, he asked for money for fuel in order to fill up the car and drive to the "buyer".
