A 38-year-old local resident has been arrested in Germany for bringing a man's severed head to a courthouse. The  Metro newspaper reports this.

The incident occurred on June 28, 2022 in the city of Bonn. A man carried the head of a 44-year-old victim for almost a kilometer — the body was found near the river Rhine.

The intruder brought the remains and laid them on the steps in front of the courthouse. After that, he was detained by law enforcement agencies, he did not resist.

According to preliminary data, both the suspect and the victim were homeless.
