A recipe for a versatile green sauce that goes well with everything

Green sauce according to Olga Ryabenko's recipe is perfect for any side dish, fish, meat, or as a dressing for soups and salads.

Ukrainian chef Olga Ryabenko shared an incredible recipe that all housewives should definitely prepare.

This universal sauce is prepared simply and quickly, and you will enjoy it for a very long time.

It is perfectly stored in the refrigerator all winter, the chef noted.

Ingredients:

  • Greens (parsley, dill, basil) – 300;
  • Garlic – 25 g;
  • Olives – 150 g;
  • >

  • Salt – 1 tsp;
  • Sugar – 1 tsp;
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp;
  • Lemon zest – 1/3 part
  • Oil – 150 ml and pour 1 tbsp on top.

Method of preparation:

1. Immediately add all the greens, garlic, olives, salt and sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel and fragrant oil to the blender.

2. Beat everything well.

3. Transfer to sterilized jars and add 1 tablespoon of oil on top.

4. Such a sauce can also be poured into molds and frozen, stored in the freezer. This portion makes 2 jars of 350 g each.
