The leader of the rating was Luxembourg, which is distinguished by high indicators of purchasing power, safety and quality of health care, providing its citizens with a high standard of living and stability in all key aspects.

< p>Ukraine took 66th place among 83 countries. This is evidenced by the annual ranking of the quality of life among the countries of the international project Numbeo.

Top-10 countries in terms of quality of life:

1st place: Luxembourg – high indicators of purchasing power capacity, safety and quality of health care;

2nd place: Netherlands – strong economy and high standard of living;

3rd place: Denmark – noted for excellent social support and security;

4th place: Oman – high level of security and purchasing power;

5th place: Switzerland – known for stability and excellent health care system;

6th place: Finland – strong social protection and quality of life;

7th place : Iceland – stable economy and social support;

8th place: Austria – combination of safety, health and economic stability;

It is interesting that in 2020 Ukraine ranked 65th in terms of quality of life. That is, a full-scale invasion did not cause a sharp drop in the country's rating. According to estimates, there has also been some improvement, in particular in the field of health care.

Nigeria closes the quality of life list with a quality of life index of 42.7 points, indicating serious problems in the socio-economic sphere of the country

This ranking is an important tool for analysis of global trends in the field of quality of life and can be used by governments to develop strategies to improve the well-being of their citizens.
