The new PUSAT armored car is presented in Turkey: a powerful engine and a universal weapon system

The SAHA 2024 exhibition held in Turkey gave the opportunity to the Turkish company Tumosan to demonstrate its universal armored vehicle PUSAT, a car new generation, designed for tactical and defense missions.

PUSAT is equipped with a TMSN X 5.4 engine, which provides an impressive power of 310 horsepower. Weighing 14 tonnes in combat configuration , PUSAT has a modular design that facilitates its adaptation to different tasks and specific needs of the armed forces. This modularity is enhanced by a robust and flexible design that allows for easy modification or retrofitting of vehicle components. One of Tumosan's notable innovations for this model is the integration of a patented anti-mine protection kit that provides maximum occupant protection against explosive threats in aggressive environments.

In terms of weaponry, PUSAT is equipped with a versatile weapon system capable of supporting various configurations, including 12.7 mm heavy machine gun, 7.62 mm machine gun and 40 mm automatic grenade launcher. Thanks to this versatility, it is able to engage a wide range of targets, from infantry units to heavier targets.

The vehicle is also equipped with an independent suspension system with 280 mm of travel, which improves stability and cross-country ability. This, combined with a powerful engine and durable construction, allows PUSAT to operate effectively in difficult conditions, providing maximum crew protection.
