Mini-sculpture of Kyiv Perepichka/Yulia Bevzenko
The 45th sculpture was made in the capital as part of the Shukai project. It was dedicated to the cult fast food establishment “Kyivska Perepichka”.
The author of the project, Yuliya Bevzenko, reports this on her Facebook page.
The mini-sculpture is located on the wall next to a fast food restaurant that has been operating since 1986 on Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Street in Kyiv. The sculpture became the 45th in the series of the cultural-historical project “Shukai”, which through bronze products shows events, things and people significant for Kyiv.
Bevzenko admitted that she was often asked when the sculpture would finally be, dedicated to the institution.

And most importantly, almost the same story connects sausage in dough with millions of Kyivans. I am grateful to “Kyivska perepichka” for the fact that each of us had, is and will have this experience, – says Bevzenko.
She added that the sculpture has a built-in heater, so will always be warm.
Anton Hryshchenko, the founder and director of LLC “Ukrainian Perepichka” said that this is the first time the establishment has been publicly communicated since its opening in 1986. He emphasized that he was glad that Perepichka was able to finance the project with patronage funds.
