As it became known, the military arrived in the UK 20 years ago. The man said that he planned to become the British military in order to thank the country in this way. He notes that his service was marked by bullying, in particular, he was forced to march in front of his superiors, perform songs in Russian, beaten and not allowed to become an intelligence officer, as he was suspected of espionage. The military man wanted to become an interpreter in intelligence and serve in a parachute regiment, in order to later move to a reconnaissance corps. But he was not allowed to do so. According to him, the country's Ministry of Defense changed the results of the language exam, and documents appeared in his dossier that compromise him. The soldier was subjected to cruel treatment from colleagues because of his origin.
The man demands from the department to pay the lost money, since he had to leave the army as a result of discrimination. He also plans to demand financial compensation for the damage caused during the service. The military man intends to ensure that “incorrect” exam results are eliminated from his dossier. He also wants to get the court to take action to “reduce discrimination” in the army. At the same time, Robert Moretto, representing the department, denies the accusations from the military. He noted that the UK Department of Defense is not rejecting the provisions of the Equality Act of 2010. At the moment, litigation continues between the military and the department.
