A man has a piece of Lego stuck in his nose/freepik
Andy Norton, a 32-year-old resident of Phoenix (Arizona, USA), spent more than a quarter of a century with a small piece of Lego in his nose. He had no idea that this little thing was the cause of many of his problems.
It was only after eight months of daily nose washes in the shower that he was finally able to get rid of the foreign object, and now his sense of smell has become almost supernatural. According to the Daily Star, Andy can now pick up even the subtlest aromas, such as the smell of paints and flowers.
As it turned out, at the age of six, while playing with Lego, Andy accidentally stuffed a small piece of the designer into his nose. His mother then, with the help of tweezers, pulled out all the visible parts, but one tiny particle remained unnoticed. And so began the breathing problems that led to Andy being diagnosed with asthma and sleep apnea.

Only regular nose washes for eight months helped him to get rid of the same little piece of constructor.
“Honestly, I felt like a plug had come out of my nose – I felt a huge relief . Now I can take a deep breath through my nose without feeling any restrictions,” he noted.
Norton even decided to keep this piece of Lego as a memory, as a symbol of his long struggle and unexpected discovery.
