A large-scale failure occurred in the work of the social network Facebook and other Zuckerberg applications

Reports of a massive outage in Meta's apps – Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp – began arriving on Wednesday, December 11 at around 7:30 p.m. Users also complained about the inability to load Facebook in the browser, as well as the lack of connection to the servers. The cause of the outage has not yet been determined.

As users noted, the problems occurred periodically. According to Downdetector, they reached their peak at around 9:00 p.m. Kyiv time.

Complaints about the failure of Meta applications came from India, the USA and several European countries. Currently, the problems on Facebook have been partially fixed. However, according to Downdetector, errors still occur in the work of Instagram and WhatsApp.

The well-known American publication about computers, gadgets and lifestyle The Verge also reports problems in the work of Threads. Users complain about the inability to use the application. Messages about this also come from almost all over the world.
