Like what the wave of electrification is really sweeping across all segments, BMW announced in its annual report that it will lift the veil during the year on the first all-electric model developed by its high performance subsidiary Mr. L The information, embedded at the end of a press release, does not however detail in what form this creation will be prepared. According to the English magazine Autocar, it should be a version with increased power of the i4, the first all-electric compact sedan of the Bavarian brand, which is scheduled to go into production this year. So no all-M version, but rather M Performance. The idea is to ensure real competition here for the Tesla Model 3. BMW announced in November 2019 that the i4 will have a power potential of up to 523 hp, which will ensure it is truly competitive on this aspect.
