It is alleged that there were not two people on board, but three. One of the crew members was able to quickly respond to the situation and jump out of the Mi-24 after it began to rapidly fall to the ground, while burning right in the air. As a result, the serviceman, according to the Baza portal, managed to survive. Moreover, the 25-year-old navigator even got along without serious injury.

Azerbaijan did not deny its involvement in the destruction of the Russian helicopter. At the same time, it remains unknown what the indicated air transport was doing in the immediate vicinity of the Azerbaijani state borders.
