A 24-year-old resident of the northern capital immediately reported his find to the police. According to him, he tried to fish in the Yekateringefka River, from where he fished out a bag with human remains. The experts who arrived at the scene confirmed the fisherman's guesses. Inside a gray construction bag, they found a femur, believed to be a man's, and part of an engine. According to law enforcement officers, the attackers used the metal part as a load to ensure that the bag was sufficiently heavy for flooding.
