A 48-year-old man was tried in Ukraine for spreading Kremlin narratives on social media

In the Khmelnytskyi region, a court found a 48-year-old resident of the Khmelnytskyi district guilty of distributing materials that justify, legitimize, and deny the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, and glorify its participants.

The court sentenced him to a sentence agreed upon within the framework of a plea agreement in the form of 5 years of imprisonment, with a probationary period of 2 years, the prosecutor's office reported.

He distributed materials that glorified the leaders of irregular formations of the so-called DPR, such as «Motorola».

The guilt of the accused was confirmed by an expert examination. He fully admitted his guilt and sincerely repented of what he had done.
