Transcarpathian startup Lemki Robotix produced a motorhome using 3D printing. It is created from recycled plastic – polypropylene bottles, with the addition of fiberglass for strength.
The developers used 7,400 bottles to make the motorhome. Vasyl Gonar, co-founder and engineer of the Lemki Robotix company, Vasyl Gonar, told about this in a comment to Varosh.
The motorhome is fully autonomous, durable and self-sufficient in electricity, which is enough for 4 days of use. If additional generation is needed, a solar panel can also be connected to it.

It took the developers half a year to implement the project. The motorhome in the form and “completion” it has now was made from the third time. The exterior design was developed by Oksana Zadiranchuk, and Maryan Stegura was responsible for the interior design.
In general, our main direction is the actual printing technology: for this, we developed the appropriate equipment and software. . We use composite – multi-component materials in our work. We also have our own materials, which we developed with Kyiv University and patented, said Vasyl Gonar.
Currently, the company is going to print houses with composite materials – stationary and mobile housing.
