Initially, they gave her the task of collecting information about the location of police departments in Kharkiv. Following the instructions, the girl made a video of five objects, in particular, the department where on December 8, 2024 the explosion thickened. A homemade explosive device was laid near the central entrance to the police department in the Slobid district. The shock wave damaged the facade of the building. Fortunately no one was injured.

< p >For the done “work” she received a reward – 4000 hryvnias, some of which transferred to her acquaintance.

< P > The accused acted as instructed: purchased a phone, set up a video surveillance, hid the device in a box and installed it near the police department.

~ ~ < P > After that, the figure arrived in one of the residential buildings, where a package with a packed device was waiting for it in the basement. The girl took him and put him in a garbage can at the entrance to the police. Everything – according to the instructions, supported by schemes and messages with Telegram. After a few hours the explosion burst.

< P > Expertise confirmed that a homemade explosive device worked near the police department. Inside – Explosive charge, electrodetonator and metal balls with a diameter of 2 to 9 mm that served as striking elements.

< P > Law enforcement officers promptly detained the person. The accused is in custody. It will be judged in the Slobid District Court of Kharkiv.

< P > Currently, direct curators from the Russian Federation involved in the organization and coordination of this act of terror aimed at destabilizing the situation in the city and intimidating the civilian population.

~ ~ < P > Note: According to Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine a person is considered to be innocent in committing a crime and cannot be criminally punished until his guilt is proved legally and established by an indictment of the court.
