A 57-year-old resident of Zaporizhzhia actively supported the actions of the occupiers on social networks, ridiculed the Ukrainian authorities and the military, and also published messages wishing Russia success on the front. She faces up to three years in prison.
This was reported by the Main Directorate of the National Police in Zaporizhia region.
The woman wrote on her social media pages and in comments under other people's posts that Kharkiv, Odessa, and Zaporizhia would definitely become Russian.
Police investigators, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, conducted a search of her house. They seized a mobile phone and a computer that were used to spread propaganda.
As a result of the investigation, the woman was informed of suspicion under Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The investigation is ongoing under the leadership of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office.
