Two large banks are warning their customers about complications. There may be a problem with accessing the bank's application, paying with a card, or withdrawing money.
As reported by the “Goniec” portal, two large banks are warning their customers about problems with accessing some services. The problem may be using mobile applications, paying with a card, or withdrawing money.
Important message to bank customers
PKO BP and mBank have issued urgent messages warning their customers about possible difficulties related to access to some services. A technical break is planned for next Sunday at PKO BP.
The work will begin at midnight on Sunday, November 24 and will last until 12:30. The bank announces that there will be no access to the IKO and iPKO biznes mobile applications.
“During the downtime, the iPKO biznes mobile application will be unavailable, and the IKO application will only allow you to withdraw money from ATMs and pay in stationary and online stores using BLIK,” the bank said.
PKO announced that the cards will work in both ATMs and stores. Bank representatives appeal to everyone to complete planned transactions earlier.
Technical break at mBank
mBank announced a technical break this weekend. The work is planned for the night of November 23-24 between 2:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Customers will not be able to log into their accounts via the website and app.
During the maintenance break, it will also be impossible to pay by card for online transactions. The problem will also affect people who want to use mLinia during this time.
You will still be able to pay by card in brick-and-mortar stores, restaurants, or use them at ATMs. Also in this case it is better to make the planned transfers well in advance.
