Fans are sniffing out a conspiracy in connection with the finale of “The Voice of Poland”.
As the “Pudelek” portal reminds us, the finale of the fifteenth edition of “The Voice of Poland” is behind us. According to some Internet users, the verdict was not entirely fair. All after it was revealed that Anna Iwanek worked on the production of the previous season of the program. The “Pudelek” portal asked Rochstar for a comment, which they provided.
Anna Iwanek won “The Voice of Poland”
On Saturday, we met the winner of the 15th edition of “The Voice of Poland”, who turned out to be Anna Iwanek, Kuba Badach's protégé. Not everyone accepted the verdict. The comments began to smell a conspiracy and indicate that the verdict was fixed.
There have been reports that Iwanek was employed in the production of the previous season. This fact is confirmed by the closing credits of the programs in the 14th edition of the music show, in which the winner was listed as a “production assistant”. Internet users emphasize that thanks to this she had the opportunity to meet members of the jury and other people associated with the program.
“Pudelek” contacted TVP with a request for comment. The station referred the service's journalists to the Rochstar company, explaining that Telewizja Polska “purchased a finished product” and all matters related to casting were the producer's responsibility.
Rochstar responds to the allegations
Rochstar in a statement sent to “Pudelek” indicates that Anna Iwanek applied like other participants for the online precasting. She passed it positively, as well as the subsequent stages of the music show. The company assures that their “course is independent of them, as the Executive Producer, because it Coaches make sovereign decisions.”
“I can confirm that Anna Iwanek was present on the set of three live episodes in the 14th edition as the so-called “runner” – production assistance. Her role was to guide the participants from the styling department to the studio, so it was a purely logistical activity,” it was reported in a statement quoted by “Pudelek”.
It was noted that Iwanek joined the team of Kuba Badach, who made his debut as a coach this season. It was added that the program's regulations prohibit participation by people employed in the production of a given season, and in the 15th edition Iwanek was no longer employed.
