Their victims were pensioners and casual passers -by. The attackers shot their actions on video and published them on the Internet.

< p > as reports & ldquo; pebble & Rdquo; With reference to judicial materials, a 16-year-old teenager attacked an 80-year-old woman: first hit her in her back, and when she fell, sprayed tear gas into his face. Together with a 18-year-old acquaintance, they also beat a 35-year-old Frankovtsi using a metal object and a gas caniser.

< P class = "P3" > In addition, the boys made a number of attacks in different parts of the city, using the same method: first attacked passers -by, then shooting a video for social networks. In court, the defendants pleaded guilty, repented and explained that their actions were aimed at increasing views on social networks.

< P class = "p3" > The court found all three guilty under Part 4 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism committed by a group of persons using a pre -prepared subject for injury).

< P class = "p3" > Considering the sincere repentance, the minor age of two persons involved and their cooperation with the investigation, the court imposed a punishment in the form of probation for a term of 2 to 3 years. The sentence enters into force after the expiration of the appeal.
