< p > The court recognized & nbsp; a citizen & nbsp; guilty of criminal offenses – crimes and imposed a final punishment of 1 year restraint of liberty without confiscation a term of 1 year with the obligation on it & rsquo; nor, namely: periodically with & rsquo; to be registered with the authorized body for probation; notify the authorized body of probation for change of residence.
