A Russian agent who published data on the movement of Ukrainian troops was detained in Kherson

A local resident was detained in Kherson, suspected of illegally distributing information about the movement of Ukrainian military personnel.

This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.

According to the investigation, in December 2024, the man filmed and uploaded footage of the movement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and law enforcement officers to a video hosting, which could have helped the enemy in adjusting strikes.

The suspect identified and detained. During the search, law enforcement officers seized his mobile phone with evidence of illegal activity.

The perpetrator was given a preventive measure – detention. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
