The rumors about Agnieszka Woźniak-Starak's fortune do not die down. What is the truth?

There was gossip about the fortune that Agnieszka Woźniak-Starak was supposed to receive after losing her husband. The truth came out

As the „Pomponik” service reminds us, Agnieszka Woźniak-Starak was the wife of Piotr Woźniak-Starak, who tragically died in an accident on Lake Kisajno. Although the presenter's husband came from a wealthy family, contrary to rumors, the journalist's account did not receive millions.

Among the richest

It is no secret that the Starak family is still among the richest in Poland. Their fortune is estimated at PLN 6 billion. The family operates in several industries, including gastronomy, film and pharmaceuticals.

The estate includes an impressive art collection. It includes works by artists such as Wilhelm Sasnal and Magdalena Abakanowicz. In addition, there are properties in Masuria, Zakopane, and even near Geneva. Recently, the Starak Family Foundation bought a 17th-century manor house in Obory near Warsaw.

After the tragic death of Piotr Woźnik-Starak in August 2019 on Lake Kisajno, an avalanche of rumors began regarding the estate that his widow was supposed to receive. Is that what happened?

Agnieszka Woźniak-Starak's estate is still buzzing

As it reminds „Pomponik”, before marrying Piotr Woźniak-Starak, Agnieszka Woźniak-Starak signed a prenuptial agreement. However, this did not stop the avalanche of rumors about the enormous fortune she was to inherit from her tragically deceased husband.

The film producer's fortune was estimated at PLN 75 million, which consisted of both money, real estate, and expensive cars. The provisions of the prenuptial agreement only covered the situation in which the couple would divorce. However, this did not happen.

It was rumored that Piotr Woźniak-Starak's mother was supposed to buy the newlyweds an apartment in Manhattan as a wedding gift, for which she was supposed to pay around PLN 30 million. As it turned out, the apartment belonged solely to Anna Woźniak-Starak, who decided to sell the property. „Pomponik” indicates that Agnieszka Woźniak-Starak did not receive a single penny from the transaction.
