How many times a day can you charge your smartphone without damaging the battery?

Charging a phone seems like a simple process, but if you approach it incorrectly, you can harm the battery. Many people make the mistake of charging the gadget to 100% or leaving it on charge overnight, which leads to a rapid loss of battery capacity.

The optimal option is to charge the device several times a day, maintaining the charge within 30-80%. This will help avoid overheating and wear. It is best to start the process when the charge level reaches 20-30%. Frequent charging 2-3 times a day will not harm the battery, provided that the latter is not discharged below 20%.

One of the main mistakes is overnight charging. After charging the battery to 100%, the energy continues to “press” on the battery, accelerating its wear.
