How to apply for a subsidy online: detailed instructions

In Ukraine, you can apply for a subsidy online. To do this, you need to take several steps.

RBK-Ukraine reports this with reference to the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU).

“Since the launch of the pilot project in Ukraine to issue housing subsidies, more than 9 thousand simplified applications have already been submitted, almost all of them through the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine,” the PFU said.

How to submit a simplified application for housing subsidies online

  1. Go to the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine and log in using a qualified electronic signature.
  2. In your personal account, on the left panel in the “Communications with the PFU” section, select the “Application for a housing subsidy or benefit” option.
  3. In the window that appears, click the “Continue” button.
  4. In the next field, select the “Application for the assignment and provision of a housing subsidy under an experimental project” option.
  5. Fill out the online application form: indicate general information about the person submitting the application (including passport and address data), indicate bank account details (in IBAN format), add information about household members.
  6. Before finalizing the application and sending it to Pension Fund of Ukraine using the “Add file” option, if desired and available, add scanned copies of documents that may determine the right to a subsidy (for example, in the case of registration of a housing subsidy at the actual place of residence – a copy of the lease agreement, IDP certificate).
  7. We give consent to the transfer and processing of personal data by checking the appropriate box, indicate the method in which you should be informed about the decision made, and click the “Create application” button.
  8. We check the data of the created application and send it to the Pension Fund of Ukraine by clicking the “Sign and send to PFU” button.
  9. You can see the result of the decision made on the assignment of a housing subsidy in the “My applications” – “Status” section appeal”.
