Apple is indeed working on the fourth generation of its “popular” iPhone SE and it will be released very soon. At least, that's what supply chain sources familiar with the American company's plans claim.
What else is known
According to insiders, the official premiere of the iPhone SE 4 is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025. It will be announced along with the first Apple-developed 5G modem.
The new iPhone SE is rumored to ditch the Home button with the Touch ID fingerprint scanner and get a display with a notch at the top for the camera and Face ID system. Outwardly, it will resemble the iPhone 14, but will get only one main camera, like its predecessors. The iPhone SE 4 will most likely cost $459 or $499.
