What is “eOselya”
“eOselya” is an innovative way to apply for a preferential mortgage without paperwork. The service offers favorable conditions:
- Rate 3% and 7% – for citizens.
- Minimum down payment – for young people under 26 starts from 10%.
The service allows you to apply to several banks at the same time, which increases the chances of successful processing. The entire process is carried out directly in the “Diya” application, without the need to visit banking institutions.
Change of residence
For women, children and men who are not subject to mobilization, the “Change of residence” service has become even more convenient. Now, just a few clicks in Diya are enough to:
- change the registration address;
- avoid queues at administrative institutions.
