When will the deferral for students in the "Reserve" application finally work: the Ministry of Defense responded

Students complain that it is extremely inconvenient to receive certificates from the educational institution and then carry them to the CCC.

The service of deferral from mobilization for students should work in the “Reserve+” application this week.

This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko in comments under one from her posts on Facebook.

Chernogorenko was asked when the deferral in “Reserve+” for students will start working, because students spend a lot of time to get a certificate for deferral through YEDEBO (Single State Electronic Database on Education), and then they are still forced to personally carry it to the CCC.

“It will start working this week, soon,” – the deputy minister answered laconically.

How to get a certificate from the place of study for deferral now

To get a certificate from YEDEBO, you need to contact your educational institution. Some universities accept applications for deferral certificates by email.

  • Employees of your educational institution will prepare and issue your certificate from the EDEBO.
  • Then you must submit this certificate to the CCC in person.
