A North Korean army general was wounded in the Kursk region, part of whose territory is controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and where North Korean soldiers and officers are reportedly fighting against them as part of the Russian troops. There are no details yet about the incident, except for the mention that the general was wounded in strikes carried out “recently” Ukrainian troops in the Kursk region.

Thus, for the first time, Western officials confirmed that a high-ranking North Korean military officer was wounded on Russian territory while fighting on the Russian side.
