The border guard unit of the “Hertz” department of the Chernivtsi detachment, using a UAV, detected the movement of two unknown persons in the direction of the Ukrainian-Romanian border

A few minutes later, under aerial surveillance, the fugitives – residents of Vinnytsia region – were detained. They confessed that they planned to illegally cross the border under cover of night and get to Romania.
The offenders were taken to the border unit and brought to administrative responsibility under Article 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and Law Enforcement Affairs “Illegal crossing or attempted illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine”.
