Ingredients:
- Dorado – 2 pcs;
- Potatoes – 2 pcs;
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs;
- Olive oil – 100 ml;
- Anchovy – 1 pc (optional);
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Dried basil – 1 tsp;
- Paprika – 1 tsp;
- Dried ginger – 1 tsp;
- Salt, pepper;
- Olives – 100 g;< /li>
- Fresh parsley.

For filling:
- Olive oil – 70 ml;
- Paprika – 1 tsp;
- Dried ginger – 1 tsp
- Water – 70 ml.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fish into fillets and remove the bones.
