The company Solidigm has once again introduced the world's largest SSD drive.
If last time it broke the record by releasing an SSD with a capacity of 61.44 TB, now it has introduced the D5-P5336 model, which has an impressive capacity of 122 TB. This drive is designed for server solutions, especially systems related to artificial intelligence.

The transfer speed reaches 7400 MB/s, and the write speed is 3200 MB/s. Power consumption is 25 W. The read performance reaches 930,000 IOPS, and the write performance is 25,000 IOPS.
In terms of endurance, the SSD is designed for 0.6 write cycles per day (DWPD) for 5 years, which is equivalent to 134.3 PB of data. Notably, this is the first SSD to offer unlimited random write endurance for 5 years.
The D5-P5336 model is available in several form factors: U.2, E1.L and E3.S. The cost of the device has not yet been announced.
