Luring a phone for an "urgent call": a fraudster was declared suspicious in Kharkiv

A 40-year-old recidivist fraudster was declared suspicious for luring a phone for an "urgent call" and fled.

The crime was committed in October at a railway station. The Kharkiv Regional Police reported this.

The victim, a resident of the Osnovyanskyi district, estimated the material damage at about 5,000 hryvnias. For his actions, the man, who has already been arrested for similar offenses once, could face up to three years in prison.
