For the shortcrust pastry base:

  • Wheat flour – 240 grams;
  • Butter – 90 grams;
  • Icing sugar – 100 grams;
  • Eggs – 1 piece;
  • Salt – 2 pinches.

For crumble:

  • Flour – 50 grams;
  • Cane sugar – 40 grams;
  • Butter – 35 grams;
  • Cream cheese – 400 grams;
  • Sugar – 100 grams;
  • Sour cream – 40 grams;
  • Vanilla sugar;
  • Chicken egg – 1 piece.

>Method of preparation:

  1. In a food processor, mix flour, butter, powdered sugar and salt. Add the egg and mix until smooth.
  2. Form the base for the cheesecake and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Extract. By the way, you can make cookies from the leftover dough.
  3. Cut the peach into slices.
  4. Mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  5. On the lightly baked base, pour ½ of the cheese base. Next, a layer of peach, pour the rest of the cheese base on top.
  6. Bake at a temperature of 160° until the cheesecake starts shaking. Allow to cool in the oven.
  7. Serve better chilled.
