Perfect morning drinks: making pumpkin latte and coffee with halva with Hector

Pumpkin latte is traditionally considered one of the main drinks of autumn. And if we offer to prepare not only it, but also coffee with the addition of halva.

Ingredients for pumpkin latte:

  • Milk – 200 milliliters;
  • Pumpkin puree – 3 tablespoons;
  • Nutmeg – 1/4 teaspoon;
  • Cloves – 1/4 teaspoon;
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon;
  • Espresso – 1 serving;
  • Cream – 50 milliliters.

Preparation method:

  1. Pour milk into a saucepan, add pumpkin puree and mix thoroughly.
  2. Add spices: nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Pour the mixture into a cup and prepare fresh espresso using the coffee machine.
  4. Add whipped cream and your pumpkin latte is ready!

Method of preparation:

  1. Grind the halva and pour it into a blender, add milk. Beat until smooth.
  2. Add coffee.
