Ingredients:
• Banana – 2 pcs;
• Butter – 20 g;
• Sugar – 20 g;
• Eggs – 2 pcs;
• Baking powder – 10 g;
• Salt – a pinch;

• Flour – 70 g;
• Sugar in the dough – 50 g.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs, milk, sugar and salt. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough.
2. Cut the bananas into rings and caramelize them in butter and sugar.
3. Pour the batter and fry under the lid for 2 minutes, turn the pancake and fry for another minute.
