Ukrainian chef and pastry chef Liza Glinska shared with her followers a new incredibly delicious dinner option. Such a dish will taste perfect to everyone.

The chef posted details of how to prepare salmon in ginger-soy sauce on her Instagram page.

This dish is for those who love fish. And it is also ideal for those who watch their diet.

Sometimes you just want to add salt, oil, a little lemon… and sometimes, your imagination wakes up and you want to play with different flavors! And then I choose this option, – writes Glinskaya.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g salmon fillet

Sauce for fish:

  • 50 g of honey
  • 40 ml of oil
  • 100 ml of soy sauce
  • < li>20 g of grated ginger root

  • 20 ml of lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Preparation method:

1 . Finely chop the garlic, grate the ginger on a fine grater.

2. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook, stirring, over low heat until thickened. Remove from the stove and let cool slightly.

3. Cut the fish into pieces of 150 g, put on parchment and put in the oven, bake at a temperature of 180C for 10 minutes.

4. Then pour the sauce over the fish and bake for another 5 minutes.

5. Garnish with finely chopped green onions, chili pepper and sesame seeds.
