This is a super tasty dish that will definitely impress all your guests. Cook it and enjoy it together with friends and relatives.

Chef Olga Ryabenko posted the cooking details on her Instagram page.

If you are looking for an idea for a hearty and delicious dishes, shredded meat is what you need.

It just melts in your mouth. Perfect for dinner with family or friends, Ryabenko writes.

Ingredients:

  • Beef (shoulder) – 2-2.5 kg;
  • Salt;
  • Pepper;< /li>
  • Mix of spices for meat;
  • Onions – 2 pcs;
  • Garlic – 5 cloves;
  • Peeled and chopped tomatoes – 1 can (or fresh – 3 pcs);
  • Bullion or water – 120 ml;
  • Parsley.

Method of preparation:

1. Season the meat with salt, pepper, add spices and rub it all over.

2. Cut the onion into half rings, put on the bottom of the pan. It is better to bake in a cast iron dish. Put the meat on top.

3. Add chopped garlic, tomatoes, broth. Cover with a lid and send to an oven heated to 160-170* for 4-6 hours, it is possible for longer. It all depends on the weight and part of the meat.

4. Tear the finished meat with tongs, as in the video. If you have a lot of liquid (broth), drain the excess. And put it again in the oven with the lid open at 210* for 30-40 minutes.

5. Serve with your favorite side dish or mix with sauces.
