Taiwan has strengthened sanctions against Russia, completely stopping the supply of machine tools and increasing fines for violating the ban, UNN reports with reference to the Ministry of Economy of Taiwan.

The Ministry of Economy of the country reported that it increased the fine for the first violation of sanctions against Moscow 15 times, to 31.3 thousand dollars. Exporters must now specify the final recipient to ensure that the machines do not reach Russia through third countries.
